They are currently recruiting forSenior SAP Controlling Consultantto be based in Hoboken, Belgium.Department description and responsibilities:We provide and manage on a global scale a variety of IT services covering all IT layers: from network, server & cloud infrastructure, end user devices & Service Desk to best-in-class applications and data & digital solutions.Project description:You will join the JUMP program, which transitions Client's decentralized SAP ECC systems to a centralized S4HANA environment. As senior consultant in the Controlling stream, A deep understanding and demonstrated experience of the integration between Controlling and Manufacturing is required. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver a robust and scalable controlling solution.Primary Tasks and responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SAP CO implementation within the JUMP programEnsure integration of Controlling processes with other SAP domains (FI, MM, PP)Design and document CO blueprint, architecture and conceptual modelsAnalyze and optimize cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, and profitability analysisCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutionsEnsure coverage of inventory valuation and variance handlingMaintain structured documentation and overview of open topics and tasksWork within custom-built and template-based SAP environmentsSupport change requests and tickets when project workload allowsProvide guidance and coaching to junior consultants if applicableTechnical profile requirements:Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP CO projectsProven experience with E2E SAP CO implementations and cross-domain integrationStrong knowledge of inventory valuation and variance handlingExperience in structured documentation and blueprintingDebugging skills are preferredFamiliarity with custom-built and template-based SAP environmentsNon-Technical profile requirements:Strong communication and alignment skills across domains and teamsPositive attitude and resilience under pressureAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyCapable of clearly explaining viewpoints while remaining open to compromiseExperience in international and multicultural environmentsAble to work independently, escalate when needed, and take ownership of deliverablesMethodology/Certification requirements:Minimum bachelor's degree in information technology, Finance, or related fieldSAP certification is an advantageExperience is more important than certificationLanguage proficiencies:Fluent in English (spoken and written)French: strong assetDutch: preferred for local Hoboken siteVery international working environmentLocation:Client sites in Hoboken and BrusselsMinimum 3 days/week onsite presence requiredContract:Start date: ASAP, latest onboarding by 31/10Initial contract until end of 2025Potential extension into 2026 and Q1 2027 depending on program timelines
