The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Brand Ambassador to join our Banking division, serving as the primary liaison for our German-speaking clientele. In this role, you’ll provide expert support, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth and professional customer journey within the financial services space.
Your Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling queries about banking products and services via phone, email, and chat.
* Communicate clearly and professionally in German.
* Support clients with account-related questions, transactions, and general banking assistance.
* Stay informed about financial regulations and compliance requirements.
* Foster strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve team performance.

What We’re Looking For:
* Fluency in German is essential for customer interactions.
* A good command of Dutch, French, or English for internal communication.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.
* Previous experience in customer service, banking, or finance is a plus—but a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn are just as valuable.
