Nexeo Belgium is a consulting company supporting clients in the banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors throughout their transformation projects.
We are currently looking for a KYC Remediation & PMO Support Consultant to support a major banking client in a critical remediation initiative.
Mission Context
Following a recent data loss impacting part of the client files, the team is facing a KYC documentation gap requiring urgent remediation.
This has led to a temporary increase in workload that cannot be fully absorbed by the current team without affecting timelines and quality standards.
To support this effort, we are looking for a consultant who can contribute both operationally and provide light PMO and change support to structure the initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Core activities (80–90%)
* Perform KYC reviews on impacted client files
* Reconstruct client files and complete missing documentation
* Ensure documentation completeness and consistency
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders when required
Additional activities (10–20%)
* Support PMO activities (volume tracking, backlog monitoring, reporting)
* Contribute to structuring the remediation process
* Identify opportunities for process improvement
* Support discussions on structural optimization

Languages
* Dutch – Fluent / Native
* French – Fluent / Native
* English – Good
Education
* Bachelor or Master degree
Experience & Skills
Mandatory
* At least 1 year of relevant experience
* Strong knowledge of MS Office
* Familiarity with various IT tools
