The job
1. You are responsible for understanding business processes and translating these needs into clear functional specifications for the technical teams.
2. You gather and analyse the needs of users and stakeholders to ensure that the solutions developed meet operational requirements
3. You write detailed functional specifications and requirements documents that will serve as a guide for the development teams.
4. You help the team effectively manage the backlog with the PO and co-construct the planning of upcoming developments
5. You insure the follow up of the reported incidents or changes in the appropriated tools.
Your profile
6. You thrive in dynamic settings where you constantly must (re-) prioritize.
7. You are structured, pragmatic and have the ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
8. You have excellent communication and facilitator skills.
9. Technical skills/knowledge like SQL, Camunda are required, HTML, Java scripts, Jasper soft are a plus.
10. Ideally, you have experience working in a financial institution
11. You are Dutch-speaking or French-speaking and have a good knowledge of the other language, and you are fluent in English.
