My client is a fast-growing, agile start-up of 20 people based in Brussels, looking for a hands-on HR & Admin profile to bring structure, reliability, and follow-through into their day-to-day operations.You act as a central operational backbone, ensuring that administrative and HR processes are properly managed and executed.Client invoicing and contract monitoringHandling incoming invoices and subcontractor contractsFleet, office assets, and insurance managementSubsidies and HR administration (contracts, policies)Payroll support and accounting assistance
Comfortable with HR, administrative, and accounting toolsFluent in French and English or DutchMonday at the office, the other day is free to organize within the rest of the weekA nice team were everybody knows each other
