We're growing fast, backed by strong revenue and trusted by enterprises like Colruyt, Becton Dickinson, Securex and Acerta. To help us drive targeted pipeline growth, we're looking for an Marketing Operations Lead with 2–5 years of experience to turn our value into high-converting campaigns.
You love building growth machines. Clean data, efficient processes, and sharp attribution make you tick. You get excited when campaigns actually work — because you set up the engine that makes them measurable, repeatable, and scalable.
What will you be doing?
1. Manage our marketing automation workflows, tracking and routing leads through the funnel
2. Own the campaign performance reporting, dashboards and attribution logic
3. Ensure a smooth organisation of our events, including our Customer Club and bi-yearly Contekst event
4. Collaborate with Sales on lead scoring, enrichment, and CRM hygiene
5. Improve our website conversion flows and landing page performance (CRO)
6. Support campaign execution with list building, segmentation and audience targeting
7. Structure, tag and organize content to make it discoverable in Generative AI tools (GEO) like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
