Your Role
As Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the company. You will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution to optimize performance, drive business development, and align the team around shared objectives.
You will play a key role in structuring the organization, improving processes, and identifying new growth opportunities.

Specifically
* Develop a 360° vision of the company and its key challenges
* Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and performance, monitor KPIs (sales, customer satisfaction, working capital, service quality…)
* Implement process improvements and efficiency gains
* Manage supplier relationships : negotiate terms, maintain partnerships, and develop brands
* Identify and develop new partnerships and business opportunities with promising suppliers
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and major accounts
* Oversee the company’s financial performance and provide regular reports to the Board
* Actively participate in external growth projects and potential acquisitions

Your Profile
* +10 years of leadership and operational management experience in SMEs
* Proven leadership : ability to collaborate, empower, and motivate diverse teams
* Proactive, results-driven, and problem-solving mindset
* Comfortable with digital tools and technology; hands-on tools knowledge is a plus
* Trilingual in French, Dutch, and English
