Our client is currently seeking an Investment Fund Lawyer to strengthen its team.This fosters high-quality training and ongoing development for the lawyers, who benefit from daily learning opportunities. You will be responsible for managing investment fund matters, primarily in the Private Equity sector.
You will draft and review legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and memos.

You have at least 2 years of experience as a fund lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
You are fluent in French, English, and German, which allows you to communicate comfortably with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
You have solid experience with Private Equity funds, and familiarity with fund financing is a considerable asset.
