We are currently looking for a Junior Scientific Project Manager – Publications to join the Inflammation therapeutic area, working closely with the Medical Writing team. This role is ideal for an early‑career professional who enjoys hands‑on support and project management.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide project management support for projects related to medical publications, in close collaboration with the Medical Writing team, particularly within the Inflammation area.
* Gain a strong understanding of the publication platform and support focus markets in the execution of their projects.
* Manage the platform end‑to‑end for assigned projects, including real‑time updates.
* Collect and consolidate author feedback and share it with relevant stakeholders.
* Track and manage timelines and project progress, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and agencies.
* Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects.
* Support the management and coordination of workshops related to medical publications, especially within the Inflammation area.
Requirements
* Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related disciplines).
* Fluent English (written and spoken).
* Strong project management skills.
* Well‑organized, service‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Nice to Have
* Understanding of medical publications workflows and Medical Affairs.
* Previous experience in a scientific communication agency or related environments.
* Exposure to project management activities, including experience gained through internships or similar junior roles.
