Your Mission

As a Key Account Manager, you will drive business growth and strengthen partnerships with strategic clients across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Your focus will be on maximizing commercial opportunities in sectors such as pharmacy chains, wholesalers, e-retailers, and groupments.

Key Responsibilities

* Strategic Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business models and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.

* Business Growth: Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to drive incremental growth.

* Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and agreements to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

* Performance Analysis: Monitor account performance against KPIs, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to shape commercial strategies.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, training, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.

* Leadership: Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team culture.

Candidate Profile

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical, dermo-cosmetic, or FMCG sectors.

* Proven track record of managing large retail or e-commerce accounts and delivering commercial results.

* Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.

* Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is mandatory.
