We are a young, dynamic team based in Liège (Belgium) with offices in Paris, Dubai and Shanghai.
Role Description
We are looking for a Creative Business Developer to join our team and support our Head of Operations based in China. This key role will contribute to Levita's growth in the Asian market, combining business development and creative skills to bring our unique magical experiences to life.
Working closely with our Head of Operations in Shanghai, you will focus on two main areas:
* Business Development in Asia:
* Develop and maintain a professional network across Asia.
* Prospect new clients and manage existing relationships.
* Prepare and follow up on quotes and invoicing.
* Define an action plan and implement the necessary initiatives to achieve the annual objectives agreed upon with the manager.
* Manage project oversight. Ensure coordination between the client, the production team in Belgium, and local partners.
* Marketing and Communication Support:
* Collaborate with the marketing and communication team based in Belgium to ensure our messaging is effectively adapted to the Asian market.
* Apply a creative touch to client proposals by developing supporting visuals (using simple design tools like Canva, with team support available) to help clients clearly visualize concepts.
* Ensure all communications reflect our brand while resonating with the local audience.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of the luxury, fashion & lifestyle sectors and/or Knowledge in shows and events sector.
* Experience in business development and sales prospecting.
* Good knowledge of content creation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva).
* Practical skill in basic 3D visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, Blender, or similar AI tool) to create proposal assets is a plus.
* Professional English required. Knowledge of French and/or Chinese is a significant plus.
* Strong business development mindset : Ability to identify opportunities, structure sales pipelines and drive sustainable growth in complex and competitive markets.
* In-depth knowledge of Asian markets and cultural specificities : Strong understanding of local business practices, decision-making processes, and market dynamics across Asia.
* Creative mindset in communication and marketing : Ability to adapt Levita's positioning and storytelling to the Asian market, with a strong sensitivity to brand image, tone of voice and visual culture.
* Understanding of Asian communication ecosystems : Knowledge of key regional platforms, networks and channels, as well as local expectations in terms of branding, messaging and visibility.
* Experience in management, international trade, or any other equivalent is a plus.
* Prior experience living in China and working in an international environment is preferred.
