We are looking for a sharp, adaptable, and culturally-savvy Marketer to spearhead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and user growth for our brand-new product in Brazil. In this role, you won't just be managing campaigns—you're the cultural bridge and growth engine, tailoring our brand voice to resonate deeply with Brazilian users. If you live and breathe social trends, get genuinely excited about AI and visual tech, and know how to turn consumer insights into viral growth, we want you on our team.


What You'll Do

* Drive Brazil GTM & Growth: Own the end-to-end launch and growth strategy for our new product in the Brazilian market, scaling user acquisition for Consumer or SMB segments.
* Fuel Influencer & UGC Engines: Drive influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube—from scouting talent and creative outreach to hands‑on relationship management.
* Create Trend-Driven Content: Keep a constant pulse on Brazilian internet culture and local trends. Hook target users by translating their real pain points into highly relatable, buzzworthy content.
* Scale with Side Accounts: Build and scale a high‑volume UGC creator pool and side‑account ecosystem to run rapid content testing and find winning formulas.
* Optimize for Real Impact: Move past vanity metrics—constantly track and optimize campaign performance with a sharp focus on impressions, CPM, conversion, and ROI.
* Cross-Functional Synergy: Turn winning organic content into high-performing paid ads by collaborating closely with UA, creative, and product teams.


Who We're Looking For

* Language Powerhouse: Fluency in Portuguese and Chinese as your primary working languages is a must. Strong English is a massive plus that will help you sync seamlessly with our global teams.
* Experienced Marketer: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or growth marketing, with a proven track record in the US or Brazil markets (familiarity with B2C or SMB marketing playbooks is essential).
* Socially & Data Sharp: Deeply embedded in the social media ecosystems (TikTok, Instagram...), paired with solid analytical skills to optimize CPM, ER, and CPE.
* Product Enthusiast: You have a natural curiosity for AI or visual/photo-editing products. Better yet—you're a power user who loves experimenting with new apps and features.
* Soft Skills Matter: You are highly adaptable, quick on your feet, and possess a strong learning agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
