Job Responsibilities
1、Provide pre-sales technical consultation for residential & C&I energy storage customers in the European region, and deliver professional product solutions.
2、Perform after-sales installation, commissioning and troubleshooting to ensure efficient operation of equipment.
3、Conduct regular customer follow-ups, collect feedback, and maintain good customer relationships.
4、Record and analyze service cases to assist in product and service process optimization.
Job Requirements
1、Familiar with the principles of residential and C&I energy storage equipment, with solid practical operation capabilities.
2、Able to independently handle on-site technical issues with strong stress tolerance.
3、Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, with English as working language.
4、Good service awareness and team collaboration spirit.
