About the Role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the Americas region plays a strategic and operational role within AmeriBolt. This position is responsible for partnering with leadership and employees across various business units and locations to foster a positive work environment, drive organizational effectiveness, and support business objectives through effective HR strategies. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, leadership development, talent management, and HR process improvements. The role requires a proactive approach, the ability to handle complex employee matters independently, and influence decision‑making in a multi‑site manufacturing environment. The HRBP will be instrumental in aligning HR initiatives with business goals, supporting change management efforts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
Over 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within multi‑site manufacturing environments. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated experience supporting leadership in a business partner capacity, conducting employee relations investigations, and coaching managers to improve performance and leadership capabilities. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws is essential. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SC, PHR, or SPHR, along with experience supporting geographically dispersed teams and organizational change initiatives. Additional experience within private equity, industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors will be considered a strong asset.
Responsibilities
* Lead employee relations matters from intake through resolution, conducting workplace investigations and recommending corrective actions as needed.
* Advise leaders on performance management, attendance, conduct, and policy adherence, supporting conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
* Build strong partnerships with assigned business units and leadership teams, coaching managers on performance, accountability, and leadership effectiveness.
* Support talent management processes, including succession planning, employee development discussions, and career planning.
* Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and supporting employee retention efforts.
* Analyze workforce trends to recommend solutions to organizational challenges and support organizational design initiatives.
* Assist with recruitment efforts for various roles, participating in interviews and onboarding processes for new hires.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR transactions.
* Support HR operations by administering leave, accommodations, and employee support processes, while reviewing HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
