We are seeking for a Service Desk Agent for a key client based in Belgium.
Knowledge and skills
For the first line:
* Good Knowledge of Workstation support and Administration (Windows 10 and above);
* Good Knowledge of Office applications (Office 2016 and above);
* Basic knowledge of Server environment (Windows/Linux) and Active Directory services;
* Strong knowledge of MS office applications.
* Experience with Windows-based end-user computers.
* Good understanding of the main mobile devices platforms and core mobile applications.
Technical certifications and trainings (1 from the below)
* Windows 10 MCSA
* Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
* IT Helpdesk Professional (or equivalent)
* Google IT Support Professional Certificate
* Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
* (Advanced) Windows troubleshooting for IT
* Call Centre Associate Certified (or equivalent)
Requirements:
* Account management
* Network setup and protocols
* Backup and restore procedures
* Antivirus management
* Patch and software distribution
* Scanning and Printing understanding
Experience:
* Minimum 3 years of experience.
Languages:
* English at B2 level.
* French nice to have.
Location:
* Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days on-site)
