As a Customer Service Specialist you will be part of an enthusiastic and committed team. You guarantee quality service from customer requests to delivery of spare parts with respect for deadlines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and high-quality responses to inquiries regarding spare parts, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Manage the end-to-end process of contract and order management, including reviewing contract terms, ensuring compliance, and addressing any contractual obligations.
Oversee the complete administrative processing of sales orders, purchase orders, and invoicing to ensure smooth operations.
Support the logistics department by providing essential shipping documentation such as certificates, technical documents, safety sheets, etc.
Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accurate account information.
Proficiency in contract management and administrative processes.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Strong work ethic, eager to learn and a team player.
Knowledge of SAP/S4Hana & CRM is a plus.
