What You'll Do:
1. Analyse the market to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for new products and solutions.
2. Define and develop new products or adapt existing ones to meet market demands.
3. Research and propose new business opportunities, markets, and growth strategies to management.
4. Manage technical relations with customers, design studios, and architects, providing technical assistance and tailored solutions.
5. Monitor project progress and coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and customer requirements.
6. Plan and execute promotional and prescription activities, leveraging CRM tools and supporting the sales team.
7. Prepare and provide product and technical documentation, certifications, and quality support.
8. Support sales and after-sales processes, including site visits, customer training, and trade fair participation.
9. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, commercial) to align customer needs with product performance, sales objectives, and market strategy.
What You'll Bring:
10. Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience.
11. Previous experience in similar role.
12. Fluent Dutch English and French
13. Solid analytical and communication skills.
14. Goal-oriented mindset with focus on achievement.
15. Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
16. Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic and changeable environment.
