Product Marketing ManagerLocation: Hybrid – International scopeIndustry: Healthcare / Medical Devices / IVDIntroWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market approach, messaging, and sales enablement for key hardware and software products. You will act as the bridge between product development and commercial success, creating impactful sales tools and communication assets that clearly express the value of our solutions across the customer journey. This role is vital in aligning marketing activities with business goals and ensuring measurable impact.ResponsibilitiesDrive all product communication efforts throughout the lifecycle, from launch to end-of-life.Lead global launch programs and ensure commercial readiness across channels and regions.Create compelling product messaging and sales collateral tailored to different audiences, in close collaboration with product and marketing teams.Identify, develop, and manage the most effective sales tools in collaboration with the sales team.Own and maintain accurate product representation on the website.Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements.Track and report on the performance of enablement tools and programs.Monitor competitor activity and extract actionable insights.Own and execute the global marketing plan for specific product lines (e.g. SUMO).Lead internal communications through monthly sales updates and ongoing enablement content.Support both internal and external sales communication efforts across the business.Experience & CompetencesMaster’s degree preferred; minimum Bachelor’s degree required.At least 5 years of experience in a similar product marketing role.Strong background in Healthcare, Medical Devices, or IVD sectors.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Quick learner with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and communication teams.OfferA key role within an international, innovation-driven environment.The opportunity to shape global product positioning and commercial impact.A collaborative and fast-paced workplace with room for ownership and initiative.A role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and measurable business value
