Talencia is looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer – Automation Specialist with Puppet for a client in the Logistic sector. Location: Belgium / Hybrid Contract: Full-time, Permanent Experience: Senior levelContext:We design and operate real-time critical systems that play a central role in managing complex infrastructures. As part of our growth, we're looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer with a strong focus on automation and hands-on expertise in Puppet (recent versions).Your mission: enhance the security, reliability, and efficiency of our software delivery lifecycle by embedding DevOps practices and integrating security at every stage.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement advanced infrastructure automation using Puppet, leveraging its modern features (e.g., Plans, Bolt, etc.).Maintain and evolve secure CI/CD pipelines, embedding security from the early development stages (Security by Design).Collaborate with system, development, and security teams to ensure seamless, secure deployments.Conduct architecture reviews and propose enhancements to software and network security.Contribute to code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and secure coding standards.Implement tools and processes for vulnerability detection and automated remediation.Continuously explore and test new technologies, document best practices, and support team knowledge sharing.
