Job Overview

About the Role
* Support the development of logistics systems, including business identification, product requests, system implementation, and technical solutions.
* Promote the adoption of new products within the warehouse, driving technical upgrades and optimizing processes.
* Maintain existing systems, introduce new features, and provide training to staff.
* Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, providing technical solutions and coordinating with teams to improve processes.
* Oversee production progress within the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and guidance to teams on logistics systems and processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
* Design and implement process optimization initiatives, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
* Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including technical teams and leadership.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably with WMS and ERP systems.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
* Familiarity with warehouse logistics operations, including on-site management and document flow optimization.
* Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to draft reports and training materials.
