We co‑create cloud‑based solutions and the necessary hardware components to gather data from industrial equipment, which our customers then use to streamline their industrial fleet management. Your role and responsibilities
* Provide first line assistance in handling customer support tickets related to installation, software as well as non‑technical issues.
* Facilitate onsite installation training of telematics devices.
* Assist & train dealers or end‑users in the installation of telematics solutions on both electrical & diesel powered equipment.
* Help customers achieve their telematics technical objectives by delivering timely technical guidance, enablement, and best practices materials.
* Be the technical voice of the customer when engaging with internal teams.
* Lead all technical deliverables for assigned projects.
* Assist with all (non‑)warranty related product returns and credits.
* Assist in continuous process improvements & platform implementation projects in order to contribute to the overall customer satisfaction.
* Assist in creating a culture of cross‑functional collaboration.
We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have
* 2+ years’ experience in Technical Service roles.
* Willing to travel on a regular basis (50%) in Europe.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, eager to learn.
* A flexible attitude, but you are also a self‑motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision by consistently taking the initiative to get things done.
* You are able to work with diverse teams.
* Fluent in English and French. Any other language is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills, result oriented and a sense of responsibility.
* A problem solving attitude and aptitude.
* Affinity with technology/software.
