About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Architect to play a key part in building and enriching our enterprise architecture repository. The successful candidate will capture business processes using BPMN, link them to our application landscape, and integrate risk assessments and internal controls into the architecture.
Key Responsibilities
* Document and maintain end-to-end business processes across the organization using BPMN or DMN, ensuring consistency and alignment with enterprise standards.
* Link process models to our C4-based application architecture in Structurizr, ensuring traceability between business capabilities and the supporting systems and components.
* Integrate inherent risks identified during risk assessments and internal controls into the process models, supporting compliance, governance, and audit readiness.
* Maintain a living, version-controlled EA repository using GIT-based workflows, integrating models and metadata via automation-friendly formats.
* Contribute to defining and refining modeling conventions, business glossaries, and documentation standards for the architecture team.
* Work closely with domain architects, business analysts, compliance officers, and application owners to understand, model, and continuously improve processes and their architectural context.
Requirements
* 3-7 years of experience in business process modeling, process architecture, or enterprise architecture.
* Prior exposure to working within a structured EA team or governance model.
* Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and modeling tools such as Camunda Modeler, Signavio, Bizagi, or similar.
* Familiarity with the C4 model and tools like Structurizr.
* Experience in integrating process models with risk registers, internal controls, and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., DORA, ISO 27001, SOC2).
* Comfortable with GIT-based workflows and markup-based documentation (e.g., Markdown, Plantuml, YAML).
* Liked operating in DevOps/GitOps-driven environments.
* Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented.
* Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Have a pragmatic mindset: focused on value and progress over perfection.
Benefits
* 50% hybrid work, flexible hours, and autonomy to manage your time.
* Coaching, training, and tailored development paths for every career stage.
* A flat, collaborative structure with real ownership and cross-functional work.
* Competitive rewards: Flex Income Plan, annual bonus, insurance, meal vouchers.
* A strong engagement culture and inclusive mindset.
