The transition and governance consultant will be responsible for supporting the sales and delivery teams by providing expert guidance on service transition strategies and governance frameworks. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition of services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and develop customized service transition and governance solutions.
* Conduct detailed assessments of client environments to determine transition requirements and potential challenges.
* Develop and present compelling proposals, including technical and business justifications, to clients and stakeholders.
* Highlight the NTT proposal by demonstrating its proficiency in governance and transition, which helps build client trust.
* Provide expert guidance and coaching towards transition managers on best practices for service transition, including planning, execution, and post-transition support.
* Design and implement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards, NTT standards and client requirements.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in service management and governance.
Candidate Requirements:
* Master or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business or Project Management.
* Certifications such as ITILv4 (foundation, practice manager and managing professional), PMP or prince2, SAFe (Scrum Master level), COBIT 2019 are advantageous.
* Proven experience managing complex transition projects and client relationships.
* Strong project management skills including scope management, timeline tracking, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of integrated IT services, cloud services, and infrastructure solutions.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Change management expertise.
* Client-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.
* Bilingual in Dutch or French and English.
