Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist
Location: Antwerp or Essen, Belgium
Salary: Up to €85,000
Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days a week in the office
Language requirement: Dutch and English
I'm working with a global organisation that is looking to hire an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist to join its IT function in Belgium.
This is a key role for someone who enjoys combining ERP support, enhancement, automation, and analytics in a business-facing environment. You will play an important part in the ongoing development of the client's D365 Business Central environment, while also supporting wider initiatives across workflow automation, reporting, and systems integration.
The role will involve:
* Supporting, enhancing, and optimising Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Monitoring workflows and integrations, identifying issues early, and coordinating fixes
* Managing support tickets and change requests with internal teams and external partners
* Delivering user training and improving adoption across the business
* Working on automation and AI-led process improvement initiatives
* Partnering with finance and wider business teams to develop reporting solutions
* Supporting Power BI, data models, and business intelligence initiatives
* Communicating clearly with stakeholders and managing priorities effectively
The client is looking for someone with:
* At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment
* AL development experience
* Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies
* Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Azure
* Data and reporting experience with Power BI and SQL Server
* A strong business mindset and the ability to connect systems with operational needs
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Fluency in Dutch and English
