This is a part-time role (3 days) for a Marketing Assistant role to be based in Belgium. We are seeking a proactive and creative Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support our marketing activities across the Benelux countries, with a focus on Belgium, Netherlands and France.
This role will primarily support digital marketing and social media initiatives, helping to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and localized campaign execution.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Role
* Manage and schedule content across our social media across France & Benelux markets
* Assist in the development and execution of localized digital marketing campaigns
* Adapt global marketing content for regional relevance, ensuring alignment with brand tone and compliance standards
* Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for translations, local assets, and promotional materials
* Track and report on campaign performance using relevant analytics tools
* Support event promotion, webinars, and product launches within the region
* Maintain updated marketing materials in Dutch.
* Assist in implementing marketing campaigns
* Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects
* Manage administrative duties
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media and content creation
* Fluency in Dutch is required; proficiency in English.
* French is good to have.
* Experience with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics
* Excellent communication, copywriting, and project coordination skills
* Detail-oriented with a high level of autonomy, especially in remote work environments
* Prefered to have experience in medical aesthetics, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry
* Knowledge of local compliance or promotional regulations in healthcare/pharma is an advantage
