ERP Implementation Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead a migration project to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including the integration with SAP and Oracle Fusion. The role requires strong ERP delivery experience, solid supply chain knowledge, and the ability to manage complex system migrations across multiple stakeholders and systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end migration and implementation to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (design, build, testing, deployment, hypercare).
* Manage integration activities between Business Central, SAP, and Oracle Fusion.
* Maintain project plans, milestones, risk logs, and status reporting.
* Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
* Work closely with stakeholders to capture, validate, and challenge business requirements.
* Conduct fit-gap analysis and ensure scalable solution design.
* Oversee data migration, governance, and validation activities.
* Support API-based integrations and coordinate with architects and technical teams.
* Ensure ERP configuration supports end-to-end supply chain processes.
* Provide clear updates and presentations to senior leadership.
Required Experience
* 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation or ERP project management.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV preferred.
* Proven experience in ERP migration projects.
* Experience integrating ERP platforms with SAP and/or Oracle Fusion.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, order-to-cash, logistics).
* Experience working with API or middleware integrations.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Fluent English.
