We are looking for an HR Automation Capability Lead who is strategic, collaborative, and outcome-focused to join our Talent (HR) team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will play a key role in shaping how automation is designed, delivered, and governed across HR. Your work will help create a coherent, scalable, and value-driven automation capability that improves efficiency while enhancing the human experience. You will define the vision, methodology, and governance that enable consistent automation execution globally, while respecting local needs and moments that matter in the employee journey.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a Global HR community, collaborating closely with HR process owners, Digital and Information Technology partners, and local country teams. You will also coordinate with external partners to support delivery.
What you’ll do
1. Define the future-state vision for automation within HR.
2. Build and maintain an automation methodology and operating framework.
3. Develop a global automation roadmap with clear prioritization criteria.
4. Establish governance, metrics, and dashboards.
5. Partner with global and local stakeholders.
6. Lead communication, learning, and change activities.
Interested?
For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills:
7. Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
8. Five to eight years’ experience in automation or transformation roles.
9. Strong understanding of automation and digital ecosystems.
10. Proven ability to define frameworks and governance models.
11. Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
12. Fluent written and spoken English.
