About the Role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, chat, or social media, ensuring a high-quality service experience while representing leading international brands.
Requirements
* Dutch: C2 level
* English: B2 level or higher
* EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Availability to work rotating shifts (depending on the project)
Salary
* Approximately €1,250 gross per month + Perf. Bonus (depending on the project and experience)
