As a Global People Business Partner, you’ll join the People & Culture team at AB InBev and play a pivotal role in shaping how we design our organisation, engage our people and deliver outstanding employee experiences across Europe and beyond. You’ll work cross‑region, influence senior stakeholders, own your scope and make a real impact on both our culture and our business. Key Responsibilities
Lead people‑budgeting, organization design and future‑proof operating‑models: build the people package (budget), design structures or restructuring plans aligned with business strategy, evaluate new roles and assign grading. Partner with managers across the annual people cycle: support target setting, engagement & capability appraisal, performance review and merit processes; provide training and data‑driven insights to ensure decisions are grounded in facts. Drive employee experience throughout the full life cycle: from recruitment and onboarding to succession planning, learning & development, mobility and rewards; actively participate in talent attraction & retention programmes, shape L&D curricula, and identify talent pipelines. Be a key change‑agent: collaborate across functions (Sales, Logistics, Technical Service, etc.), ensure smooth implementation of reward policies, highlight reward‑gaps and continuously improve team experience globally. Who You Are
A Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. 7‑10 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to hire‑to‑retire processes, talent management and rewards. Excellent analytical skills, effective communication and strong influence across teams and leadership. Proven project‑management skills and experience leading organizational change. Deep understanding of employee relations, conflict resolution and labour‑law compliance. Experience working in a multi‑country (global) environment – comfortable navigating diverse HR landscapes.
