* You facilitate insights into team performance and identify areas for improvement.
* You manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
* You lead teams across business applications and business platforms for successful software development.
* You address any challenges that arise during project implementation with effective problem-solving skills.
What are we looking for?
* You have a minimum of
6 years of experience
in leading IT projects within software development.
* You possess technical knowledge in
Java
and understand the intricacies of software development lifecycle.
* Ability to steer complex projects with both IT and business stakeholders involved
* Comfortable coordinating across

* You are
stress-resistant
and can deliver under pressure while managing tight deadlines.
