About the Role
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that advanced, high-reliability systems meet stringent quality and performance standards. These systems operate in complex and demanding environments where precision, safety, and robustness are critical.
You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, industrialization, production, supply chain, and testing to establish and maintain effective quality assurance practices throughout the full product lifecycle. Your contribution will directly support the delivery of reliable, mission-critical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes in line with international standards (e.g. ISO 9001, AQAP or equivalent)
Perform inspections and audits on components, assemblies, and final products to ensure compliance with specifications
Work cross-functionally to investigate quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions
Conduct root cause analysis using structured methodologies (e.g. 8D, FMEA, 5 Why) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and validation of test and measurement equipment
Participate in design and industrialization reviews to enhance product reliability, manufacturability, and lifecycle performance
Maintain accurate and traceable documentation of quality activities, including non-conformities and test results
Support configuration and change management processes to ensure product traceability and compliance
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders on quality-related topics
Collaborate closely with inspection and production teams, reporting into the quality function

Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
Participate in internal and external audits, including preparation and follow-up actions
Monitor and report on key quality metrics such as non-conformities, supplier performance, and customer feedback
Drive process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma principles
Support supplier quality activities, including evaluation and follow-up on corrective actions
Engage with customers and partners on quality-related matters when required
