About the role
As a Senior Manager, you help clients improve the way they plan and run their supply chains. You bring clarity to complex problems, guide teams through change, and make sure transformation projects move forward in a structured and aligned way.
In this role you will:
Lead planning transformation projects from design to execution.
Turn high level business goals into clear planning processes, tools, and ways of working.
Connect information from different teams and functions to create a complete, realistic picture.
Make decisions in uncertain or fast moving situations and help others stay focused.
Keep multiple workstreams aligned, on track, and connected to the overall vision.
Spot risks early, communicate them clearly, and take action before they become issues.
Build strong, trust based relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Ensure deliverables are clear, well structured, and meaningful for decision makers.
Coach and support team members so they grow in their roles and contribute with confidence.
Promote collaboration, psychological safety, and healthy team dynamics.
Identify possible new opportunities at clients and help shape proposals.

About you
You bring at least 7 years of experience in supply chain planning, transformation, or consulting.
You’re a hands on leader who brings structure, clarity, and maturity to complex environments.
You hold a Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, economics, or a related field with strong knowledge of supply chain planning.
Experience leading teams or multiple workstreams in change or improvement programs.
Able to simplify complexity and turn it into clear next steps.
Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and adapting communication to different audiences.
Calm and steady under pressure; help others stay focused.
Strong storyteller who can sharpen ideas and make them clear and convincing.
Passionate about coaching, team development, and helping colleagues grow.
Curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve how teams work together.

You show a willingness to travel globally and to work in a hybrid working model.
You have a valid driver’s license or will obtain this in the next 6 months.
