Your responsibility spans the full project lifecycle — from order to successful onsite delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd‐to‐end project management of construction-related installations on customer sitesManagement of subcontractorsBudget ownershipHandle a portfolio of 5–10 simultaneous projects with ranging duration 1 week (smaller) to 6–12 months (large installations)Ensure safe execution of all onsite activitiesIdentify and escalate risks when requiredManage installation and return processes across multiple customer sitesExperience & Technical SkillsProven experience in CAPEX project managementConstruction background is not mandatory, but you must be comfortable discussing technical topics with installation teamsUnderstanding of:Electrical systemsLifting and handling heavy materialsGreenfield/green housing installationsManufacturing or site expansion projectsStrong numerical and budget management skillsWe are looking for someone who:Takes ownership xjsrcvq and drives projects forward with confidenceCommunicates clearly with customers, subcontractors, and onsite teamsWorks effectively in a technical, fast‐paced environmentPrioritises safety and proactively escalates risksCan manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong planning skillsLanguagesDutch: MandatoryFrench: Nice to have, especially when working with customers in the Flemish region
