 
        
        We’re looking for a Java / Angular Tech Lead to drive the design and delivery of modern web applications within a complex service-oriented environment. You’ll lead a team of developers, provide hands‑on technical guidance, and ensure that both front‑end and back‑end components integrate seamlessly into a scalable, high‑performing architecture.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead and mentor a team of developers across front‑end and back‑end technologies.
 * Define and implement technical architectures based on Java EE, Spring Boot, and Angular.
 * Design and maintain a Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA) leveraging Event Sourcing, Microservices, and Web Services.
 * Oversee the full application lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
 * Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to standards, and promote quality through Test‑Driven and Design‑Driven Development.
 * Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and infrastructure teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
 * Manage integrations and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift, Gradle, Maven, and Artifactory.
 * Ensure data integrity and performance through strong database design and optimization on PostgreSQL and Oracle.
Requirements
Must‑Have Skills
 * At least 10 years of experience in Java development with a focus on architectural design.
 * Proven experience leading development teams (technical direction, task planning, code reviews).
 * Strong command of Angular, Java EE, Spring Boot, and SOA principles.
 * Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL or Oracle).
 * Familiar with containerization and DevOps tools such as Docker and OpenShift.
 * Excellent communication skills in Dutch (native level).
 * Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
 * Experience with JSF, Podman, or SoapUI.
 * Familiarity with Selenium or automated testing frameworks.
