Reporting to the Applications Operations Manager, the ERP Support Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the stability of the ERP and supporting applications.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide first and second line support for incidents, liaising with the wider applications team and third parties as necessary to maintain the stability of the application
* Provide first and second line support for service requests, liaising with the wider team as necessary
* Understand the functional needs of the business areas and working with the wider team, identify how these can be met by the ERP and other supporting systems
* Manage incoming change requests, gather/develop functional requirements and facilitate configurable continuous improvement requests
* Facilitate user onboarding/offboarding and permission change processes
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with the business users and stakeholders
* Lead and coordinate application testing and assurance activities
* Monitor and track errors being generated and propose necessary actions when required
* Monitor and maintain the ERP system and supporting applications and propose necessary actions when required
* Monitor any potential risks and highlight these to the Applications Operations Manager as required
* Carrying out user support and training on applications
* Document changed processes or solutions to recurring issues
* Keep up to date on IT issues and developments in Manufacturing and ERP systems
* Any other duties assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Relevant third level degree or equivalent
* At least 2 years’ experience supporting and configuring IFS
* Relevant experience in the manufacturing sector, possessing a strong understanding of manufacturing end to end business processes
* In-depth knowledge of IFS ERP system
* Experience in ticket management (ITIL process)
* Ability to troubleshoot, optimise and enhance IFS
* Excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to troubleshoot issues
* Strong ability to gather, understand and translate business requirements into working solutions
* Experience in building and maintaining relationships (both internal and external) with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a highly dynamic team and fast-paced environment with continuous challenges
* SQL and Java knowledge an advantage
* Language skills an advantage
* Must be able to travel within region of employment (North America or UK and EU)
