Production Technician (French Speaking) – Pharmaceutical / GMP Environment

A world-renowned pharmaceutical manufacturer is seeking a Production Technician to support its operations in Belgium. This site plays a vital role in the preparation of high-quality media used across regulated biopharmaceutical processes. The position begins with a fully paid 3-month training period, after which successful candidates transition into full operational responsibilities—primarily in night shifts—with the potential for permanent internalization.
Job Description
As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for preparing both liquid and powdered culture media to GMP standards. This includes the operation and cleaning of tanks and fillers, media formulation, equipment setup, and documentation. You'll be expected to contribute to the day-to-day production workflow, while maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaboration with warehouse, documentation, and quality teams, as well as assisting in process validations.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare liquid and powdered media following work instructions and production protocols
* Operate and maintain tanks, fillers, manifolds, and associated CIP systems
* Conduct filter integrity tests and control parameters such as pressure and temperature
* Order raw materials from the warehouse and manage production label printing
* Review and write production documents (DHRs, SOPs, forms)
* Assist in validation activities and support process improvement efforts
* Perform specific cleaning tasks and general housekeeping of the press room and production areas
* Collaborate with documentation and production support personnel as needed
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
* Professional level fluency in French (spoken and written)
* Strong attention to detail, with a structured and safety-conscious working approach
* Willingness to work night shifts starting February 2026
* No minimum experience required, but familiarity with GMP environments is a plus
