To ensure these ambitions are met, strong Project & Portfolio governance within Purchasing & Transportation (P&T) is essential. This role involves setting up governance, policy, procedures, and KPIs for all P&T projects. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. You will be an integral part of our logistics transformation program, supporting global Transportation and Trade Compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to support decision-making processes. Process Improvement: Assist in standardizing logistics processes across different Business Groups, regions, and sites. Identify opportunities for simplification and centralization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Digital Transformation: Support the acceleration of our digital roadmap by identifying and implementing new technologies. Collaborate with Business Groups, IT, and other departments to integrate digital solutions into logistics operations. Project Support: Work closely with project teams to implement logistics strategies and initiatives. Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with overall program goals. Performance Management: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Technical Profile Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, PPT, Visio, PowerBI, SAP). Knowledge of global trade compliance and regulations is a plus. Non-Technical Profile Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
