The client is a European-level organisation operating across multiple countries in a highly technical and policy-driven sector. They support large-scale collaborative initiatives and work closely with senior stakeholders, experts, and international partners to deliver impactful long-term projects.

Jobomschrijving

* Coordinate agendas and schedule meetings according to priorities.
* Prepare meeting and ensure smooth follow-up.
* Organise and support meetings, events, and webinars (logistics, invitations, minutes).
* Manage tasks such as contracts and invoices.
* Maintain structured documentation on collaboration platforms.
* Support internal coordination and build strong relationships across teams.

Jouw profiel

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional bringing:

* 3+ years of experience in administration, coordination, project/event support, or executive assistance.
* Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
* Excellent planning, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
* High attention to detail and strong document-formatting skills.
* A professional communication style and ease working with senior stakeholders.
* The ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and ensure progress on multiple parallel tasks.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
