Working in the Fiber to the Home Build team
The FttH Build team owns the end‐to‐end delivery of Connectable Premises, covering planning, forecasting, network design, partner allocation, construction, delivery within budget and time, and relationship management with municipalities.
Your role as SDM Connectable Premises (CP)
As Service Delivery Manager, you ensure qualitative & safe delivery of CP in tools & in the field within budget to assure our delivery KPI's and operational acceptance by the Wyre Operations teams and indirectly our wholesale customers.
Your Responsibilities
Build Quality Standards & Controls: define and uphold quality requirements and processes needed to ensure all FTTH build activities result in a qualitative network asset.
Quality Checks & Acceptance Testing: inspect, test and document reviews to verify that the constructed assets meet required specifications before handing them over to Operations.
Defect Identification & Resolution: detect build‐phase issues and ensure corrective actions are taken by build partners, ensuring the asset is complete and defect‐free at handover.
Process & Contractor Improvement: drive improvements in build methods and partner performance by defining and implementing process and tooling gap resolutions to increase qualitative deliveries.
Our Ideal Candidate
Strong understanding of the FttH build processes and ability to translate them towards specific user groups.
Insight into the concept of how to ensure quality in practice.
Strong skills in building and maintaining inter‐team and partner relationships, directly or via suppliers & partners.
Strong problem‐solving skills to resolve quality issues proactively and efficiently based on performance reports, user feedback and personal knowledge.
Effective communicator capable of conveying operational information to technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
