Key responsibilities
* Commissioning / Start-up - Coordinate technicians on major projects
* Ensure commissioning in line with installation procedures
* Manage customer communication throughout commissioning
* Preventive & curative maintenance - Plan preventive maintenance activities
* Ensure parts replacement
* Review and validate mission/intervention reports
* Corrective maintenance / Troubleshooting - Diagnose and troubleshoot installed products
* Perform product repairs
* Deliver complete technical diagnoses of installations
* Team leadership - Coordinate the team based on the national after-sales action plan
* Run a monthly meeting to ensure workload sharing and alignment
* Customer reporting & recommendations - Produce customer reports for all interventions (per company standards)
* Share recommendations and provide basic guidance on product use
* Maintain strong client relationships; escalate conflicts when needed
* Capture customer needs and share them with internal teams
* Safety & compliance - Comply with and enforce internal regulations/procedures
* Check the condition of equipment used
* Apply and enforce site safety policies with a “zero incident” mindset
