Curafyt is a fast-growing scale-up in animal health, developing science-backed natural supplements for horses and dogs. We work closely with 800+ veterinarians and 30,000+ animal caretakers, and we're entering our next growth phase, including international expansion and a buy-and-build strategy.
About the Role
To support this growth, we're looking for a Head of Technology who can act as the bridge between the founders and our technical infrastructure. This is not a pure developer role. We're looking for someone who can think strategically and build practically.
Responsibilities
* Help define and execute Curafyt's technology & AI strategy
* Ensure our tech stack and architecture are scalable and growth-proof
* Own and further develop our Odoo ERP environment and Shopify webshop
* Manage integrations between systems (e-commerce, logistics, internal tools)
* Be a key sparring partner for founders on how technology supports growth
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in a technical role (developer, tech lead, systems engineer, project manager, etc.)
Required Skills
* Able to connect technology with business strategy
* Hands-on, proactive and comfortable in a fast-growing scale-up
* Experience with Odoo is required
* English
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Shopify is a plus
