are looking for a
PMO Manager.

Mission:
The PMO Manager is responsible for implementing, optimising, and governing PPM processes, methods, and tools. They ensure coherent governance based on Prince2, enriched with agile and product-oriented practices, and support the adoption of a modern PPM tool. The role combines strategic, operational, and change management dimensions, with cross-functional responsibility covering all projects, programs, and products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain an integrated and up-to-date overview of the portfolio of projects, programs, and products
* Facilitate selection, prioritisation, and capacity planning
* Monitor resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and performance indicators
* Produce reports and dashboards for management
* Prepare and facilitate meetings of various governance bodies
* Deploy and evolve a PPM methodology based on Prince2, integrating Agile and Product Management practices
* Define, maintain, and distribute templates, standards, and processes
* Support project managers, product owners, and decentralized PMOs
* Structure and facilitate the PPM community of practice
* Support the program manager in structuring, implementing, and monitoring the PPM program
* Provide structured and transparent reporting (progress, risks, decisions)
* Develop a harmonized framework for capacity and resource management (business, IT, Data)
* Collaborate with HR, IT, and Data teams to align priorities, roadmaps, and capacities
* Contribute to developing and executing the change management plan
* Organize and facilitate workshops and information sessions
* Proactively identify critical blockers and dependencies and propose pragmatic solutions
* Ensure structured knowledge transfer to internal teams and document best practices

Job Requirements:

* Master's degree
* Prince2 Foundation certification (mandatory)
* Prince2 Practitioner and/or MoP certification (asset)
* Proven experience in a PMO Manager role or equivalent
* Experience within complex organisations (>1,500 employees)
* Experience in PMO and PPM tool implementation
* Expert level in Office Suite and Power BI
* Experience with PPM tools and their implementation
* Confirmed knowledge of hybrid governance (Prince2 + Agile)
* Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
* Understanding of product management (roadmaps, backlog, product lifecycle)
* Data-driven reporting capabilities (KPI, Power BI)
* Understanding of IT and Data processes
