Job Title: HR Generalist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in administration or HR, with excellent knowledge of English and Dutch (French is an asset). They will be responsible for providing general support to the Regional HR team, assisting managers in the recruitment process, and helping with onboarding and offboarding.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position with a temporary mission of 6 months, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and interest. The role involves administrative support on ongoing HR projects, internal communications, and correspondences in multiple languages. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general support to the Regional HR team in daily tasks
* Assist managers in the recruitment process
* Help with onboarding and offboarding
* Update and maintain HR records and databases
* Internal HR communications and correspondences in English and Dutch (French if possible)
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in administration or HR
* Professional knowledge of English and Dutch (French is an asset)
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Proactive, motivated, and positive attitude
* Eye for detail and well-organized
