We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator or Accounting Assistant, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities will include:
* Administrative coordination and support (70%): managing ambassador relations, document follow-ups, travel logistics, meeting organization, office management tasks
* Financial and accounting assistance (20%): encoding supplier invoices, creating client invoices, managing payments, verifying credit card statements, creating purchase orders
* Prevention advisor role (5%): managing health & safety documentation, coordinating with occupational health provider, organizing medical exams and trainings
The successful candidate will be fluent in French and English, with Spanish being a plus. They will also be comfortable using digital tools such as Odoo, Google Forms, and Microsoft Suite.
