Regional Sales Manager, Southern Europe

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across Southern European territories, and reside in one of the following countries: Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, or Italy. In this high-impact, field-based role, you will build adoption of our clients Automated Genotyping, Genetic Monitoring, and Microbiome, services, partnering directly with research institutions across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic regional plan to drive immediate and long-term revenue growth.
* Build new customer relationships and expand adoption across existing accounts.
* Promote core offerings in Automated Genotyping, including Microbiome (MB), Genetic Monitoring (GM), and Artificial Mouse Intelligence (AMI) solutions.
* Collaborate with Regional Account Managers and internal teams to ensure customer success.
* Represent our client at national and European research, academic, and trade events.
* Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline records in Salesforce.
Key Requirements:
* Fluent in French (mandatory), with strong English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
* 5–10 years of field sales experience in Laboratory Animal Science, Life Sciences or a related technical field.
* Proven success selling into the French market.
* Demonstrated success driving revenue growth within the services sector, owning the full customer lifecycle from strategic lead generation and pipeline development through client adoption, expansion, and long-term retention.
* Proven ability to build and execute go-to-market strategies that convert new leads into active, high-value customers, with measurable impact on revenue and market share.
* Experience managing a multi-country European territory, including developing regional growth strategies, navigating diverse market dynamics, and driving consistent performance across multiple geographies.
* Strong understanding of laboratory environments and academic or research customer needs.
Additional Information:
* Ability to travel required throughout Europe up to 60% with no visa restrictions.
