Are you ready to take the lead in managing innovative products that transform healthcare? We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive excellence in the Trauma & Extremities (T&E) division. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping strategies, identifying market opportunities, and driving product success to improve patient outcomes.

What You Will Do
As a Senior Product Manager – Trauma & Extremities, you will:
* Develop and execute strategic plans, annual marketing plans, and product launch initiatives.
* Identify and surface new customer needs, driving product and program improvements.
* Conduct competitive intelligence gathering to enhance market positioning.
* Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency.
* Develop pricing strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand positioning.
* Accurately forecast resource needs and establish key performance metrics.
* Mentor, develop, and inspire team members.
* Work cross-functionally to influence key stakeholders and achieve business objectives.
* Build relationships with industry leaders, organizations, and institutions to strengthen market presence.
What You Need
* Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
* 6+ years of work experience required (Medical device, marketing, or sales experience preferred).
* Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
* Persuasive influence skills in cross-functional environments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
