One of our clients in Brussels is looking for a**Web Tool Support Analyst.This hybrid role combines support, analysis, technical application, and client training.**Responsibilities:Provide internal and external support by managing customer tickets according to ITIL best practices.Analyze and resolve system integration issues, including troubleshooting data flows and application errors.Deliver training and coaching sessions to clients and end-users on system functionalities, integration processes, and best practices.Assist new clients by analyzing their needs, setting up interfaces, and guiding them through onboarding and technical adoption.Validate and document integration tests, ensuring data integrity and process reliability.Collaborate with IT and Business teams to improve support procedures and integration workflows.Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.Communicate new procedures, updates, and technical changes to internal and external clients.Support technical application tasks, including SQL queries, data extraction, and report generation.Identify complex requests and escalate them to the IT team when necessary.Ideal Candidate:Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.Experience in customer ticket management and technical support (ITIL is a major asset).Strong knowledge of application integration concepts, APIs, and data exchange protocols.Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and integration tasks.Proven ability to deliver training, workshops, or coaching to clients or colleagues.Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Technical application skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.Details:Location: Brussels (hybrid - flexible)Languages: Fluent French or Dutch + English (trilingual is a big +)Contract: Permanent positionStart date: ASAP If this sounds like your next challenge, or if you'd like to learn more, send your CV for this role.Of course, don't hesitate to share with anyone who might be interested.Looking forward to hearing from you To find out more about Huxley please visit**
