At this organization, the customer is at the center of everything they do.Your New RoleAs a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first line of support for all customer questions and requests. With speed, quality, and a customer-centric approach, you ensure excellent service that strengthens customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term relationships. You manage a defined customer portfolio, act as their main point of contact, and contribute to growth initiatives. Your location will be the Kortrijk region.What You'll Do:
1. Customer Requests & Follow-up: Handle incoming inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat), including complaints or requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
2. Account Ownership: Take care of a defined portfolio of customers, acting as their main point of contact for all questions and requests, and ensuring consistent support and follow-up.
3. Customer Administration: Register and maintain customer data, documentation (e.g., import/export paperwork), and requests in the relevant systems, following defined procedures.
4. Input for Account Planning: Share customer insights and opportunities with sales colleagues, contributing to tailored account plans and growth initiatives.
5. eCommerce Support: Guide and advise customers in using the company's eCommerce platform effectively and independently.
Your Profile
6. Language Skills: Fluency in Greek or Hebrew AND English is required. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong plus.
7. Experience: First experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role is a plus.
8. Skills: You possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
9. Attitude: You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. You are eager to learn and develop product and process knowledge.
10. Teamwork: You are a team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
