Key responsibilitiesProvide technical direction and mentorship to backend and data engineering teams, ensuring compliance with standards and contributing to Micro Services architecture design.Lead the delivery of secure, high-performance backend and data-driven components by overseeing development, optimization, deployment, and maintenance activities.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements and design system architectures.Plan, supervise, and support team members throughout the delivery process, breaking down work and managing tasks.Provide user support and monitor deliverables post-release to ensure stable operations.Engage with traders, quants, developers, and product teams within a distributed agile environment to drive business outcomes.
