Function
As Chief Quality Officer, your main mission will be to redefine and implement a Quality Management System for the Group. You will play a key role in supporting the development and optimization of processes and in maintaining our certifications.
You will sit on the Executive Committee and contribute to strategic decision-making for the Group. You will be the guarantor of continuous improvement, process excellence, and risk prevention for the Group.
You will report directly to our CEO and will have functional oversight of the QHSE teams across the Group's sites and subsidiaries.
You will be responsible for:
* Defining the Group's quality strategy and translating it into objectives and action plans in collaboration with the Quality Managers of each site
* Supporting process owners in the development and optimization of their processes in line with business and field realities
* Defining and monitoring key KPIs for quality, health & safety, and environment
* Harmonizing quality standards, processes, and indicators across the Group
* Maintaining and continuously improving the Quality and Environmental Management System (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001)
* Driving change and contributing to the optimization of operational performance
* Overseeing internal and external audits across the Group
* Training and raising awareness among teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement
* Defining and implementing the Group's compliance policy (ethics, anti-fraud and anti-corruption, data protection)
* Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, including GDPR, and overseeing the management of alerts and non‑conformities
* Raising awareness and training employees on compliance issues, and providing regular reporting to the Executive Committee
Profile

* You have at least 10 years of experience in a multi‑site QHSE role within an industrial environment.
* You are a key player in change management, with a pragmatic and collaborative approach.
* Customer‑focused, you protect the company’s interests while ensuring the satisfaction of internal clients and employees.
* You have a solid command of ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, as well as continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
* You are fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
